IDCC25 Registration

The 19th International Digital Curation Centre (IDCC25) event has a unique place in the digital curation community bringing together individuals, organisations and institutions from across all disciplines and domains involved in curating data. Join us for hands-on workshops, paper and lightning talks, poster exhibition and engaging social events.

How to Register

IDCC25 tickets for the main conference days, workshops and social events can be booked via Eventbrite

Ticket purchases can be made using credit/debit cards or PayPal via Eventbrite. Alternatively you can request an invoice with an additional administration charge of £40. Please read more about invoice payments below.

Main Conference

Tickets for In Person Attendance:

 Wednesday, Fee £350, Deadline 2 February 2025.

Tickets for Virtual Attendance:

Discount Opportunities 

Discounts are available on a range of IDCC25 tickets including, DCC Associates, students and residents of lower middle-income countries (LMIC). 

 Student Tickets
Limited amount of discounted Student in person and virtual are tickets available. To get the access code for these ticket types, please e-mail proof of your student status (copy of your student card or letter of enrollment) to idcc@dcc.ac.uk. These tickets are offered on a first come, first served basis. For registration (on Eventbrite), please input the code in the Promo Code field and click Apply. This will reveal a Student in person or Student virtual ticket discount. 
LMIC Tickets
The DCC is delighted to announce that we will be offering a lower rate for attendees from Lower and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC). To check if you qualify, please visit Wellcome for a full list of LMIC compiled by The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). To get access code for LMIC in person or virtual ticket types, please e-mail proof of your address (a document with your name and address on it, for example a utility bill) to idcc@dcc.ac.uk. Limited amount available, offered on a first come, first served basis. For registration (on Eventbrite), please input the code in the Promo Code field and click Apply. This will reveal a LMIC In Person or LMIC Virtual Tickets. 

DCC Associate Network Discount
This year, a number of discount codes available for DCC Associates to claim. These discounts can only be claimed on one ticket type per person. Options include £50 off Early Bird or Regular Two-Day tickets or £25 off Virtual tickets. Join the DCC Associate Network at no cost. Membership provides early access to DCC news and events, discounts on international conferences like the IDCC, and much more. Discounts will be sent to Associates via email, if you haven't received a discount code, please email us at idcc@dcc.ac.uk

Workshop Day (17 February 2025) 

Engage in interactive workshops led by renowned members of our community. Note that workshop spaces are limited and must be booked individually through Eventbrite. Full information is accessible on the Workshop programme subpage. 

Social Events

Drinks Reception (17 February 2025): Complimentary with all in person ticket purchases. To confirm attendance, add the Drinks Reception ticket during registration (on Eventbrite); spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Conference Dinner (18 February 2025): Enjoy an evening at Kasteel de Wittenburg which includes a three-course meal and live entertainment for £95 per person. Availability is limited.

Invoice Payments

If you are unable to pay using Eventbrite, it is possible to request payment by invoice or bank transfer for which an additional administration charge of £40 will apply. Multiple delegates can be registered via one invoice and a single charge will apply.
For enquiries regarding payments by invoice please contact us at idcc@ed.ac.uk, we will be in touch with you within 24 hours. Please note that the invoice will be sent from the University of Edinburgh. If your organisation is not registered as a customer of the University, additional documentation will be requested.

Deadline to request registration by invoice is  5 January 2025. We must receive payment by  31 January 2025, if you use this method of payment.

Registration Cancellation and Adjustments

Full Refund: Cancellations submitted by 19 January 2025 will be eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees raised by Eventbrite or administrative fees due to invoice payments. 

No Refund: No refunds will be processed for cancellations made on or after 20 January 2025. 

Ticket Transfer: Ticket transfers can be requested up until 19 January 2025 by emailing candidate details to info@dcc.ac.uk
