Social Events
This year for IDCC24 we will be running two social events in addition to the regular conference:
1. Pre-conference Drinks Reception, 19 February 2024
2. Conference Dinner, 20 February 2024
Pre-conference drinks reception
Ahead of the main conference start, we are hosting a pre-conference drinks reception held on the evening of Monday 19 February 2024 at The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.
Join us for our pre-conference drinks reception before the main event. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow delegates in a relaxed atmosphere.
The drinks reception is scheduled for the evening of Monday, February 19, 2024, from 18:00 to 20:00, and it will take place at The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (RCPE).
This esteemed medical royal college, founded in 1681, boasts a global community of over 14,000 fellows and members. The RCPE is located in the historic heart of Edinburgh's New Town and features beautifully preserved Victorian and Georgian rooms with striking architectural details.
The reception will be held in the impressive Great Hall, and you'll also have the chance to explore the New Library.
Access to this event is included with the purchase of a General Admission – In Person ticket, but please note that spaces are limited. To secure your spot at the Drinks Reception, simply add your free ticket during the registration process on Eventbrite. In the event of a change in your plans after booking your ticket, please inform us, as we will maintain a waiting list for this.
