 How do I receive an invitation for a visa application?
If you need a visa invitation letter for your attendance at the conference, kindly email us a copy of your passport and your ticket purchase order number. Upon receipt, we will promptly provide you with the necessary documentation. In the unfortunate event that your visa application is denied, rest assured that we will issue a refund for your ticket. 
What are the conference timings?
IDCC24 will begin with a series of workshops on Monday 19 February starting from 08:00 closing at 16:00 with a drinks reception in the evening from 18:00 - 20:00. The 20-21 February will host the two main days of the conference with registration starting from 8:00 on Tuesday and 8:30 on Wednesday.
How can I qualify for the LMIC ticket rate?
To check if you qualify, please visit Wellcome for a full list of Lower-and Middle-Income Countries compiled by The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), who review the list three years. 
 How do I qualify for a student ticket rate?
To register as a student, please first get in touch with the DCC by emailing info@dcc.ac.uk . We will require proof of student status such as a copy of your student card or an official letter from your institution stating you are an enrolled full-time student. 
 What do I get with my online ticket?
Online attendees will have access to live streaming of all of the conference sessions (20-21 February), as well as Q&A and online participation with additional networking sessions. Whova will host the online event, providing community pages for networking, access to session recordings and sponsor information.
