Methods of Payment

Eventbrite accepts credit or debit card and PayPal payments. You can buy up to 10 places in one transaction.

Paying by invoice

If you are unable to pay using eventbrite, it is possible to request payment by invoice or bank transfer. We strongly encourage you to use eventbrite if possible; an additional administration charge of £35 applies to invoice or bank transfer payments. Multiple delegates can be registered via one invoice and a single charge will apply. We must receive payment before IDCC22 takes place if you use this method of payment.

For enquiries regarding payments by invoice please contact info@dcc.ac.uk. We will be in touch with you within 24 hours. Please note that the invoice will be sent from the University of Edinburgh. Additional documentation in order for your organisation to be set up as UoE customer will be requested.

Deadline to request registration by invoice is 27 May 2022.

Any cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the event (06/06/2022) will be accepted after deduction of the processing fees imposed by Eventbrite or the administration fee of £35 for the Invoice payment. After 06/06/2022 replacement attendees/registration transfers will be accepted by arrangement.
