Student registration support - £40 per student place 

Support the IDCC22 student attendance at a reduced fee of £40 per student. You can choose the number of student places you wish to support.  

• Recognition at opening and closing sessions  
• Logo featured on the virtual event platform (Whova)  
• Logo and supporter profile featured on DCC website and relevant marketing campaigns 
• Virtual supporter booth on Whova if overall support level exceeds £1,000 

Virtual technology support - from £200 

Package 1: Virtual event platform - £3,000 

• Public acknowledgment as IDCC22 virtual platform support
• Brand and logo featured prominently on the virtual event platform (Whova) homepage
• Special mention during opening and closing sessions  
• Featured blog on supporting IDCCC’s virtual component   
• 2 complimentary registrations at IDCC22 and 25% discount for up to 4 more registrations from your company  

Package 2: Social events support

Option 1: Support a speed networking event for 30 minutes (multiple available) - £300  

Option 2: Support a round table social event for 30 minutes (multiple available) - £500  

Option 3: Support the Leaderboard prize (one available) - £200  

Option 4: Zoom support (not available)  

For any of the options in Package 2, you get:

IDCC Prizes support - £700 

Support the best paper and best poster awards at IDCC22. Branded items of your choosing will be included in the prizes sent to the winners.

LMIC registration support – £1,000  

Support IDCC22 attendance at a reduced fee of £25 for attendees from Lower and Middle Income Countries (LMIC).   

• Recognition at opening and closing sessions  
• Logo featured on the virtual event platform (Whova)  
• Logo and supporter profile featured on DCC website and relevant marketing campaigns 
• Virtual supporter booth on Whova  
• Featured blog on the DCC website  

Coffee Break Support - £1,200 (4 available)  

Opportunity to host a thirty-minute meeting or social gathering during one of the coffee breaks at IDCC22. 

• Inclusion of the supported coffee break on printed and online programme with prominent branding of your choice  
• Recognition at opening and closing sessions 
• Logo featured on the virtual event platform (Whova) 
• Logo and supporter profile featured on DCC website and relevant marketing campaigns  
• Virtual supporter booth on Whova  

Lunch Break Support - £1,600 (2 available)  

Opportunity to host an hour-long meeting or social gathering during a lunch break of your choice at IDCC22. 

• Supported registration email on your behalf to the attendees with the option to customise the content of the email  
• List of lunch break talk attendees (subject to attendee consent)  
• Recognition at opening and closing sessions  
• Logo featured on the virtual event platform (Whova)
