Standard Support Package, £700 

All IDCC supporters get the following benefits as standard: 

  • Logos will be featured on the virtual event platform, on the DCC website, conference platform, including registration. 
  • Promotion in IDCC-related communications, which is carried out via email campaigns, Pipeline Newsletter, Twitter, LinkedIn. 
  • Company promotion material included in virtual bag to be circulated to all delegates. We leave it up to the sponsor to decide what the material will be – a 2-minute video, a short presentation, a flyer. Please note DCC will not be sending anything by post to prevent spread of Covid-19. 
  • Dedicated exhibition booth on the virtual platform where sponsors can upload promotional materials – posters, flyers, games, videos. 
  • Analytics about delegate interaction with sponsor booths, for example number of visits and download of publicity materials. 

Sponsor Student Places at IDCC21, £700 + £70 per student place 

This year’s theme is focused on equality and inclusion. We are seeking to attract as much young talent as possible, and from regions of the world which are normally under-represented at IDCC. 

The price of a student ticket is £70. We can organise a separate networking session for you and the students you have sponsored, which is why we would encourage you to sponsor more than one student place. This would give your networking session a team-working feel.

Reward Most Active Delegates, £700 + £150

We would like to offer points to the most involved delegates, who visit most conference sessions, including sponsor booths, and ask best questions. We can customise the leader board by adding questions about your company. We would encourage you to offer points to visitors to your booths by using the Leader Board facility.

We encourage companies to donate a substantial gift, preferably cash. The value we suggest a value of £150. If you would like to provide a company product instead, please get in touch.

Sponsor Best Submission, £700 + £150

We normally award prizes for the best submission:

  • Best Paper
  • Best Lightning Talk
  • Best Poster

We would encourage our supporters to join us in awarding achievement by awarding a cash prize or a company product. The value we suggest is £150, but this can be discussed.

  • Prominence and acknowledgment of your contribution during the prize-giving session

Support a Training Session, £1,200 

This is a session where both delegates and speakers can explore and learn how to use the virtual environment of the conference. The dates of the various sessions are yet to be established. Provisionally, we plan to host a training session the night before the conference, 18th of April. Ice-breaker style elements such as a game can be included after the training.

Support for Programme Sessions, £1,200 

This will include sponsorshing key sessions in the programme, such as the keynote lecture, prizegiving and wrap-up sessions.

  • Prominence and acknowledgment of your contribution during the most popular sessions 
  • Sponsor logos advertised during the session 
  • All benefits in the standard package 

If you are interested in sponsoring other sessions, we can customise this package. For example, you can sponsor a parallel session containing several talks and have branded transitions between talks.
