Conference dinner at the Museu da Cerveja (Beer Museum), Tue 10 Feb
The IDCC27 Conference Dinner will take place in the Museu da Cerveja in central Lisbon on 10 February 2027, from 19:00 to 22:00 CET.
The Museu da Cerveja (Beer Museum) is a dual-purpose museum and restaurant located in the historic Ala Nascente (West wing) of Praça do Comércio (Terreiro do Paço) in central Lisbon, Portugal. It showcases the brewing heritage of Portugal and Portuguese-speaking countries through historical exhibits, ancient brewing paraphernalia, and a vast tasting menu.
Museu da Cerveja
You don’t need to be a master brewer to enjoy history; you just need to like beer. At the Beer Museum, the journey begins in European monasteries, where monks brewed beer to endure fasting (and, let’s be honest, to make it more bearable!). Then, we cross the Industrial Revolution and enter a world where everything changed – except the pleasure of raising a glass. The experience is interactive, full of curiosities, and ends as every good story should: with a beer in hand.
