Magdalena is the Customer Development Manager at DMPonline, where her passion for streamlining and improving service delivery flourishes. Magdalena’s role involves extensive collaboration with clients and team members to foster improvements across all aspects of the service, including business cases, branding, marketing, event management, and legal documentation. Her efforts are pivotal in running various events, from external workshops and presentations to training sessions and community gatherings. Before her tenure at DMPonline, Magdalena honed her organisational skills at the Urban Big Data Centre (UBDC) at the University of Glasgow, developing requirements for a CRM platform. Her background includes a role at the Body Shop’s London headquarters, where she managed a global digital asset library. Her career has seen versatile positions across various cultural institutions, including auction houses and libraries. Magdalena holds an undergraduate degree in History of Arts from the University of Glasgow, where her interest in digital integration emerged, leading her to pursue a postgraduate degree in Digital Asset and Media Management from King’s College London. This unique blend of art history and digital asset management underscores her innovative product and process enhancement approach in her current role.
